How to order - step by step:

1. Choose your model
2. Create your custom in the custom builder
3. Click the 'Order Now' button
4. Check your overview, fill in your email and continue
5. Copy your Custom Code and proceed to payment, you will be forwarded to the Adapt webshop
6. Select your size and setup, paste your Custom Code in the Custom Code field and add to basket. Don't worry, we ALWAYS do a sizing check with you. So we do not start production without getting in contact with you first
7. Add any additional items you want to order and proceed to checkout
8. Adapt will contact you after receiving your order to check your custom and confirm production

Detailed explanation

You can order a custom Adapt Masterpiece by creating your dream model in the Adapt custom builder at www.adaptunlimited.com. After you’ve completed the look of your custom Masterpiece, you can click on the 'ORDER NOW' button. On the following overview page, you will see an overview of your custom Masterpiece. Click 'CONTINUE'. On the next page you will receive your unique Custom Code, which you need to copy. Click 'PROCEED TO PAYMENT' to be redirected to the Adapt webshop, where you can add a standardized custom product to your shopping cart. Here you can select your size and choose your setup. You will also need to fill in your Custom Code in the 'Custom Code' field. In case you forgot the code, it was also sent to your email address with an overview of your custom Masterpiece. Make sure to check your spam box in case you don’t see the email! After adding the item to your shopping basket, you can also add other items to your order and proceed to checkout.

After you’ve completed and paid for the order, we can use your unique custom Adapt code to look up your custom in our backend system. We will email you a confirmation with the overview of your custom as a final check. After we’ve received your confirmation we will start to produce the Masterpiece for you!

The Adapt custom builder is a visual representation of what your custom will look like, colors may slightly differ from reality. For paint we use RAL codes. If you want a specific RAL code, this is possible. Please let us know the RAL code you prefer and we will create the paint for you. We also work with real leather. Leather is a natural product, so small differences in color can occur. Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to make changes to your custom. Because these boots/shoes are custom made for you, it is not possible to return the Masterpiece for a refund or to swap for a different size. Therefore it is very important that you know your Adapt size. When you order, we do always email you first before we start production. We check sizing with you, confirm the colors and only after this we will start production of your Masterpiece.

Production time for a custom project usually takes between 6-8 weeks. When the production of your project is delayed, we will keep you informed. Delays (within reason) do not give you the right to cancel the order of your custom project, we will of course do everything we can to prevent delays from occurring.

Every Adapt is designed to fit as close to your feet as possible for optimal control and responsiveness. This means Adapts will probably fit differently than boots/shoes from other brands. While in most other models you can get away with a boot/shoe that is too big, in Adapt it is very important to wear your true size. Determining your true size can be difficult with sizing varying in skates, shoes, brand and models. We have made a size chart to help you find the right Adapt size and a video explaining how to use the chart.

Every Adapt needs a heatmold and also a 2 week break in period. It needs the time to adjust to your feet.
